His Highness Late Maharao Bhim Singhji of Kota generously donated about 25 acres of land in a very promising site of Kota. The renowned educationist Dr. V.K.R.V. Rao the then Minister of Education laid the foundation stone on 24th May 1970, the Building was inaugurated on 25th July 1974 by Shri Mohan Lal Sukhadia the then Governor of Karnataka.
